Copy the Command

Paste into Terminal

Press Cmd (⌘) + Space on your keyboard. This will open the Spotlight Search bar on your screen. Type Terminal into the search bar. Open Terminal and paste the command using:

⌘ Command V

Press Enter

Press Enter ↵ key to execute the command.

The command will run immediately and start the optimization process.
